摘　　要：目的分析本院糖皮质激素的临床应用情况。方法对本院门诊2011年6月～2012年1月糖皮质激素的临床应用情况进行总结,分析其用途、销售金额以及用药频次(DDDs)。结果糖皮质激素临床应用以内科为主,呼吸系统、肿瘤及五官科尤为多见,其中应用最多的品种为地塞米松,销售金额最大的为布地奈德。结论本院糖皮质激素应用最多品种是地塞米松,其费用低、疗效高且不良反应较少。整体用药较为合理,符合糖皮质激素应用原则,但是仍存在部分滥用的情况,需引起重视。Objective To analyze the clinical application of glucocorticoid in our Hospital. Methods The clinical util- ity of glucocorticoid in our hospital between June 2011 to January 2012 was summarized, and the application of the glucocorticoid, as well as its sales and use frequency （DDDs） was analyzed. Results The glucocorticoid was used large- ly as internal medicine, especially for respiration, oncology and ENT. Among the varieties of glucocorticoid, the Dex- amethasone was most widely used while the Budesonide had the highest sales. Conclusion The largest application of dexamethasone is due to its low cost, good curative effect and less adverse reaction. Overall the use of corticosteroids is relatively reasonable, in conformity with the principle of corticosteroids application, but partial abuse of the drug still exists, on which we need to pay more attention.
