摘  要:结合胜利油区孤东、孤岛一类主力油田油稠、胶结疏松、易出砂、非均质严重的特点提出了交联聚合物驱油的概念 ,所研制的交联体系采用 1 0 0 0~ 2 0 0 0 mg/L聚合物溶液加入 30 0~ 60 0 mg/L的 XL系列交联剂 ,该体系具有缓慢、轻度交联 ,交联后的体系粘弹性好 ,其粘度一般可升高 3倍以上的特点 ,同时该体系具有剪切降粘后粘度可恢复、热稳定性好、耐矿场矿化度的优点 .岩心试验表明 :交联聚合物体系有较高的阻力系数和残余阻力系数 ,滞留量大于普通聚合物溶液 ,可在多孔介质中流动 ,是一种性能优良的适合于中高渗透油藏的驱油剂 .该交联体系已在孤东、孤岛一类油田应用 ,矿场增油效果显著 ,先导区提高采收率 5.4% ,扩大试验目前正在进行 。The main reservoirs in Gudong and Gudao of Shengli Oil Field are characterized by high viscosity of crude oil, unconsolidated bonding, easy sand production and serious heterogeneity. For this reason, crosslinked polymer oil displacement would be carried out to the reservoirs. Oil displacement agent was compound by adding 300~600mg XL series crosslinkers to 1000~2000mg/L polymer solution. The crosslinking reaction is slow and slight. The crosslinked polymer system has good viscoelasticity, its viscosity is four times that of original polymer solution and can regain after shearing. It has good thermostability and mineralization resistance. Core test shows that the crosslinked polymer system has high resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient. Its holdup is more than that of ordinary polymer solution. The crosslinked polymer system can flow in porous media, and it is a good oil displacement agent suitable to middle~high permeability reservoirs. Pilot test shows that the crosslinked polymer oil displacement can increase recovery factor by 5.4%. Large scale tests are carrying out.
