切开复位内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的效果观察

摘　　要：目的总结切开复位钢板螺钉内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果。方法本院77例(80侧)桡骨远端不稳定骨折采用切开复位应用钢板螺钉内固定,综合评价患者满意度、疼痛、腕关节活动度、握力、外观有无畸形、X线改变及并发症。结果所有患者伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,骨折愈合时间为(12.8±2.4)周。术后X线显示,掌倾角-2°～13°(平均8.41°)。尺偏角12°～24°(平均19.01°)。结论切开复位内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To summarize the effect after open reduction and internal fixation for distal radius fractures . Methods 77 cases （80 sides） with distal radius fractures were given open reduction and internal fixation. The satisfaction, pain, wrist joint mobility, grip strength, deformity or not, X-ray changes and complications of comprehensive of patients were evaluated comprehensively. Results The wound were all Ⅰ healing. The fractures healing time were （12.8±2.4） weeks for average. Postoperative X-ray showed that, palm angle was-2 °-13° with an average of 8.41°. Rule was 12 °-24° with an average of 19.01°. Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation using plates for treating unstable distal radius fractures is effective, and is worthy of promotion in clinic.
