摘 要:目的探讨健康教育对妊娠高血压病患者心理及社会功能的影响。方法将280例妊娠高血压患者转入社康中心进行建档管理,对患者进行心理和社会功能相关方面的问卷调查,患者在通过各种方式的社区健康教育等干预后,在分娩前比较分析心理和社会功能状况的变化。结果干预前患者有悲观情绪者为256例,干预后为136例;干预前患者工作能力下降179例,干预后为107例;干预前患者日常活动受影响147例,干预后为74例;干预前患者社会交往能力下降165例,干预后为93例。干预前与干预后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论社区医师通过对患者提供个体化的健康教育,可全面改善患者的心理和社会状况,对提高妊娠高患者的依从性,减少妊娠并发症,从而降低围生儿死亡率起到积极的作用。Objective To investigate the impact of health education on the psychological and social function of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods 280 pregnancy-induced hypertension patients transferred to the community health center received filing management.The patients received psychological and social function related questionnaire survey.After various modes of community health education interventions,the changes in psychological and social functional status before delivery were compared.Results There were 256 patients with pessimism before intervention and 136 patients after intervention; There were 179 patients with decreased productive capacity before intervention and 107 after intervention; There were 147 patients with affected daily activities before intervention and 74 patients after intervention; There were 165 patients with decreased social interaction ability before intervention and 93 patients after intervention.The differences were significant between before and after intervention ( P 0.01).Conclusion Through providing individualized health education for patients,community physicians can improve the patient 's psychological and social status comprehensively and play a positive role in improving the pregnancy-induced hypertension patients' compliance and reducing pregnancy complications,thereby reducing the perinatal mortality.
