摘  要:在实验室焦化装置上考察了大庆、胜利、塔中、孤岛和也门 5种减压渣油的焦化反应行为。每种油样在 44 0~ 5 1 0℃范围内 ,以 1 0℃为间隔 ,进行了不同反应温度的焦化实验 ,探讨了焦化温度对减压渣油产品分布的影响 ,求得了适宜焦化温度及相应的最大液相产品收率。The coking reaction for five vacuum residua,Daqing,Shengli,Gudao,Tazhong and Yemen, has been investigated in a laboratory coking device For each sample,coking reactions at different temperatures within 440~510 ℃ have been performed.By analyzing the yield and composition of gas,liquid and solid product,the influence of coking temperature on products has been researched.When maximizing the yield of liquid product was the target of coking reaction,the optimum reaction temperature and corresponding maximum liquid product yield of the five samples were obtained.
