摘　　要：油气层保护以预防为主。在储层伤害发生后 ,判断伤害的类型及伤害的程度 ,根据研究分析结果提出针对性的措施 ,也是一个重要方面。本文把对油井和注水井造成储层损害的主要原因归为 6类 ,并分别计算其相关参数。根据测算值提出相应的措施。When the formation damage occurred,analyzing the types of the formation damage and eliciting measures is necessary for formation protection.Based on experience in the field and experimentation,the factors of formation damage are divided into 6 groups,they are:particle migration,hydrated expansion,inorganic scale plugging,organic scale plugging,bacteria plugging and plugging formed by solid grain in water. Accounting to calculating result of skin factor of 6 groups, the measures are proposed.
