无粘土钻井完井液在小眼井径向钻进中的应用

摘　　要：为了更好地保护油气层 ,在总结以往柔管径向钻井完井液体系的基础上 ,胡径 1 2 1 52井采用无粘土钻井完井液体系进行柔管钻进。文中介绍了该体系的配方及维护处理措施 ,并对其性能进行了评价。现场应用结果表明 ,无粘土钻井完井液各项性能指标良好 ,能很好地满足钻井工程的需要。胡径 1 2 1 52井经测试出油量大大提高 ,达到了预期目的。In order to minimize damage to the oil and gas formation,radial direction well Hu12-152 used non-clay drilling fluid system which summarized many others drilling fluid system in soft-pipe radial direction wells.It introduces the compositions and maintaining measures of the drilling fluid system,and evaluates the properties in this paper.Its results indicates that all indexes of drilling fluid are good and can meet the needs of drilling engineering.The oil productivity was greatly increased after testing,and it has made good results for using the drilling fluid system.
