痹宁胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察痹宁胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎(脾虚湿胜、风邪阻络型)的临床疗效。方法:将类风湿关节炎患者88例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组66例,对照组22例。治疗组服用痹宁胶囊,对照组服用风湿圣药胶囊,疗程均为8周。结果:西医临床疗效比较:治疗组总有效率为92.40%,对照组为72.70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医证候疗效比较:治疗组总有效率为93.90%,对照组总有效率为72.70%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痹宁胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎疗效确切,安全性高。Objective： To observe the clinical effect and safety of Bining Capsule in treating rheumatoid arthritis （spleen-asthenia with excessive damp while wind locking collaterals）. Methods： Eighty-eight patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomized into treatment group （66 cases） and control group （22 cases）. The treatment group were given Bining Capsule. The control group were given Fengshi Shengyao Capsule.One treatment course included 8 weeks. Results： The total effective rate of medical symptoms and physical signs of the therapeutic group was 92.40%, the control group＇s was 72.70%.The total effective rate of Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and physical signs of the therapeutic group was 93.90%, the control group＇s was 72.70%. There was significant differences between treatment group and control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： Bining Capsule can significantly reduce the number of joint tenderness, reduce the degree of swelling, reduce the duration of morning stiffness, reduce pain levels, and improve the average grip strength in treating rheumatoid arthritis, obviously better than the control group. Bining Capsule is effective and safe.
