摘　　要：目的:观察热痹康汤对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠血清基质金属蛋白酶-3的影响,初步揭示热痹康汤治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机理。方法:采用牛Ⅱ型胶原蛋白和弗氏不完全佐剂诱导胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠模型,以甲氨蝶呤为对照,观察热痹康汤对各组大鼠血清基质金属蛋白酶-3水平的影响。结果:热痹康汤能降低胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠血清基质金属蛋白酶-3的水平,作用优于甲氨蝶呤(P<0.05)。结论:热痹康汤能下调胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠血清基质金属蛋白酶-3的水平,这是其治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机理之一。Objective： To observe the effects of Rebikang decoction on matrix metalloproteinase -3 of rats with collagen-induced arthritis, initially revealing the mechanism of Rebikang Decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： The CIA rat model was induced by bovine collagen type II and Freund＇s incomplete adjuvant to observe the effect of Rebikang Decoction on serum matrix metalloproteinase -3 levels in rats with methotrexate as the control. Results： The Rebikang decoction could reduce the level of serum MMP-3 in CIA rats, whose effect was better than that of the methotrexate （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The Rebikang decoction could reduce the level of serum matrix metalloproteinase -3 in CIA rats, which was one of the mechanisms in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
