灯盏细辛注射液联合来氟米特和洛索洛芬钠治疗类风湿关节炎40例

摘　　要：目的:观察灯盏细辛注射液联合来氟米特和洛索洛芬钠治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将78例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组38例。对照组给予来氟米特和洛索洛芬钠治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用灯盏细辛注射液治疗,两组均以8周为1个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后关节疼痛、肿胀、晨僵时间,检测C-反应蛋白等实验室指标。结果:两组临床疗效、DAS28、实验室指标等方面比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:灯盏细辛注射液联合来氟米特和洛索洛芬钠治疗类风湿关节炎疗效较好。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of dengzhan xixin Injection combined with leflunomide and Loxoprofen Sodium in treating rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：78 cases with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group （40 cases） and the control group （38 cases）. The control group were treated with leflunomide and loxoprofen sodium and the treatment group were given dengzhan xixin Injection on the basis of the treatment of the control group, with 8 weeks as a course of treatment. Laboratory indexes of the two groups were observed before and after treatment such as joint pain, swelling, morning stiffness time and C- reactive protein detection etc.Results：The treatment group was better than the control group on the aspects of clinical effect, DAS28 and laboratory indexes （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：dengzhan xixin Injection combined with leflunomide had a better therapeutic effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.
