摘 要:濮城油田经过近 2 0年的开发 ,目前已进入高含水递减期 ,综合含水已达 92 %。在 PI决策技术效果逐年变差的情况下 ,研究并发展了油井分层堵水技术。该技术包括井温找水技术、封隔器找水技术和分层抽汲技术 ;使用的堵剂主要有油井水泥、DSZ- A堵剂和 STP- 0 1堵剂。分层化堵技术根据堵水类型选择两种技术 :对堵上采下的油井 ,采用打悬空水泥塞、电缆桥塞、机械桥塞、填砂等措施 ;堵中间采上下的井 ,主要采用下部填砂、上部用封隔器分开 ,化堵中间层位和用 98- 1型跨式分层挤注管柱。通过在濮城油田的应用 ,说明该技术科学合理、可操作性强 ,值得全面推广。After 20 years development, Pucheng Oilfield has been in the high water cut stage, whose production is in descending stage and the water cut is 92%.Since the effect of PI control technology was getting deteriorated, the technology of separate layer water plugging has been studied and developed. This technology includes temperature water locating, water locating with packer and separate layer swabbing. The used agents include oil well cement, DSZ-A agent and STP-01 agent. The technology has two types according to the water plugging types. One is plugging the upper part and producing the lower part using cement plug, wireline bridge plug, mechanical plug and fill sand. The other one is plugging the middle part and producing the upper and the lower, which filling sand in the lower part, separating the upper part with packer and plugging the middle with chemical agents, or using the separate layer injection pipe of stride model 98-1. The technology is science, reasonable and easily operated.
