摘 要:井间电磁成像测井是实现井间电阻率信息的直接测量 ,以提供反映井间构造、储层和油、气、水分布的二维乃至三维的电阻率图像。它不仅是传统测井技术的重大发展 ,而且也将引发油藏研究工作的革命性变化。自 1 997年起 ,胜利油田与美国 EMI公司开展此项技术应用方法的合作研究 ,主要是在 EMI公司多年研究形成的软、硬件技术的基础上 ,以油田地质应用为研究目的 ,进行现场工业性试验。其内容 :在大井间距条件下 ,进一步验证仪器性能 ;分析应用于油藏研究的可行性和适用性 ;以系统、完整的现场实测数据为依据 ,加快处理、解释方法和软件的开发 ;开展穿透金属套管的系统试验 ,探讨金属套管条件下的电阻率成像方法 ,促进井间电磁成像测井技术走向实用化。为此 ,利用 EMI公司提供的XBH2 0 0 0型仪器 ,分别在孤岛、埕东油田的 3对井中 ,成功地进行了 1 0个井次井间电磁成像工业性试验。试验是选择在对于井间电磁技术难度大的条件下进行的 :一是地层为典型的低电阻率剖面 ,地层背景电阻率仅为 1 .5~ 2Ω· m,地层对电磁能量的衰减作用很大 ;二是进行穿透一层和二层金属套管的系统试验。 3次试验达到了预期目的 ,不仅证明仪器性能的稳定和可靠 ,并首次在世界范围内取得井间距达 434m(裸眼井—裸眼井 )和 1 5 0 m(The major aim of crosshole electromagnetic tomography is to make a direct measurement of crosshole resistivity so as to provide a 2D or even 3D resistivity image which can tell us interwell structure, reservoir location and distribution of oil, gas and water. It not only is an important development of traditional logging technology, but will also cause a radical change for the study of reservoir. Since 1997, Shengli Oilfield has cooperated with EMI on the technical applicationof EM tomography. That is to make a full-scale field test on the basis of EM hardware and software made by EMI aiming at geological application. The purpose of this co-operation is to verify the performance of the tool under the condition of big well-to-well distance, to analyse the feasibility and adaptability of applying EM tomography to reservoir study, to promote the development of processing and interpretation software, to study resistivity imaging in metal casing and to pragmatize crosshole electromagnetic tomography technology. Thus XBH2000 made by EMI is used in three well pairs in Gudao and Chengdong Oilfields, Shengli and ten runs are successfully made for full scale test of crosshole electromagnetic tomography. All the tests are made under difficult environment, i.e. ①the formation is the typical low resistivity profile. The formation background resistivity is as low as 1 5~2 Ω·m, and the electromagnetic energy attenuates greatly in the formation; ②A systematic test is made to penetrate one or two layers of metal casing. All the tests made achieve the expected goal.
