摘  要:采用种子乳液聚合法,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),丙烯酸丁酯(BA),甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA),甲基丙烯酸(MAA)合成了核/壳型聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂,考察了其涂料印花的效果.结果表明:w(MMA)=20%,w(BA)=75%,w(MAA)=5%为核,w(MMA)=46%,w(BA)=50%,w(GMA)=4%为壳,制得的粘合剂核/壳玻璃化温度为-30/0℃,乳液粒径分布窄,离心稳定性好,各项应用性能较好.Polyacrylate binder with core-shell structure was prepared by means of seeded-emulsion po- lymerization using methyl methacrylate (MMA), n-butyl acrylate (BA), glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) and meth- acrylic acid (MAA) as materials. The pigment printing effect of the binder was investigated. The results showed that under the following preparation conditions: w(MMA)=20%, w(BA)=75%, w(MAA)=5% for core, w(MMA)= 46%,w(BA)=50%,w(GMA)=4% for shell, the glass transition temperature of prepared binder was -30/0 ℃. The emulsion had narrow size distribution, good centrifugal stability and good various application properties.
