摘 要:以六水合硝酸锌和氨水为原料,水为溶剂,采用化学浴沉积法,使合成纳米ZnO与ZnO在织物上的负载一步完成,在织物上自组装硬脂酸单分子层,制得了超疏水防紫外棉织物;探讨了锌离子浓度、氨水用量、沉积温度和时间、硬脂酸浓度对织物拒水性的影响.结果表明,纳米ZnO在织物表面呈花簇状,整理后织物具有超疏水性.Superhydrophobic and UV-blocking cotton fabric was successfully prepared by chemical bath deposition method using zinc nitrate hexahydrate and ammonia as raw materials and water as solvent, with the preparation of ZnO and coating of ZnO on the fabric in one bath, and then self-assembling stearic acid on the surface of ZnO. The effect of zinc ion concentration, ammonia amount, deposition temperature and time, stearic acid concentration on superhydrophobicity of the fabric were discussed. The results showed that na- no-ZnO occurred flower-like shape on the surface of fabric. The finished fabric had superhydrophobicity.
