摘　　要：链条拉膜机构是塑封捆钞机上一个重要的机构,塑封薄膜的送进精度直接影响钞捆包封的质量。文章介绍了塑封捆钞机链条拉膜机构的工作原理,并详细介绍了研制的全自动塑封捆钞机的薄膜压紧装置、主动链条张紧装置、从动链条张紧装置的结构设计。The plastic film chain forming mechanism is an important mechanism for banknote film bundling machine, plastic packaging film feeding accuracy directly affects the banknote packaging quality. This paper introduces the working principle of the film chain forming mechanism for the banknote film bundling machine, and introduces more detail of the automatic banknote plastic film bundling machine developed by our company. Include the structure design of film press device, active chain tensioning device, a driven chain tensioninR device.
