摘  要:传统印染前处理过程中大量消耗蒸汽能源和水资源进行退浆、煮练和漂白加工,其中伴随着多道高温水洗,所以其生产特点是高温、高湿和高能耗。从节能高效、新型纺织化学品新材料开发途径,探讨在不影响纺织品前处理质量水平前提下,降低蒸汽用量,改善高温高湿的生产环境,是落实印染节能的目标和努力方向之一。阐述了科凯精细化工(上海)有限公司的低温特效冷堆前处理剂FORYLMAG在蜡染花布产品前处理中的工艺研究与应用实践,可以获得显著的节能效果。A large amount of steam and water, including hot water to repeatedly washing, during desizing, scouring and bleaching process is severely consumed in traditional printing and dyeing pretreatment, and production features, including high temperature, high humidity and high energy consumption are critical. In view of energy efficiency and new textile chemical development, the processing technology using less steam in an updated high temperature and humidity production environment, which is one of the main aims and efforts to save energy in printing and dyeing process, is investigated. The technical development and application to the effective low-temperature cold-batch treating agent FORYL MAG, produced by Pulera Speciahy Chemicals Shanghai Co., Ltd., is discussed, and the resuh shows that it reveals a significant energy- saving effect.
