乌饭树叶色素的提取及强度测定

摘  要:采用蒸馏水提取法与乙醇溶剂法提取乌饭树叶色素,测试了提取液的吸光度。结果表明:蒸馏水提取法的最佳工艺为:浸提温度65℃,浴比1:50,提取时间150min。乙醇溶剂法提取的最佳工艺为:浸提温度65℃,乙醇浓度55%,浴比1:40,提取时间180min。与蒸馏水提取法相比,乙醇溶剂法的吸光度更高。Distilled water and ethanol were used as solvent, respectively, to extract chlorophyll from vaccinium bracteatum thumb leaves and the absorbencies of the extraction were measured. Results showed that the optimum condition of extraction is at 65 ℃ for 150 min with the ratio of 1 : 50 using distilled water. The optimum condition of extraction is at 65 ℃ for 180 min as the ratio is 1 : 40 using ethanol (concentration of 55%). Absorbency of ethanol extraction is higher than absorbency extracted with water.
