摘　　要：为了提高冬瓜削皮机的自动化程度和生产效率,从送料、定位、夹紧、切削及物料送出等工艺过程出发,设计了一种立式冬瓜削皮机。该设计由传动带进行送料;采用对称式仿形夹套对冬瓜进行定位;由固定爪和定位套将冬瓜夹紧;冬瓜的切削由浮动式刀架来完成;当对称式的仿形夹套在送入下一个待切削冬瓜的同时将已切削好的冬瓜送出,此设计为不规则物体的装夹形式提供了很好的参考方法。该冬瓜削皮机结构具有体积小、重量轻、结构简单、维修方便、噪音小、产品质量和产量稳定等特点。In order to improve the degree of automation and production efficiency of the melon peeling machine, a vertical melon peeler was designed from the process of feeding, positioning, clamping, cutting and material sent.
