摘  要:对Li2O质量分数不同的磷酸盐激光玻璃进行了酸洗实验,探讨了酸洗工艺条件对未经离子交换激光玻璃的表面形态结构、显微硬度、脆裂温度及光谱性质的影响。结果表明:适当的酸洗可以去除玻璃表面的杂质和划痕,减少部分微裂纹,并能提高玻璃的显微硬度和脆裂温度。对玻璃的吸收光谱而言,酸洗并没有引起吸收光谱形状及峰值吸收强度的变化。酸洗对玻璃的荧光光谱强度产生了影响,短时间的酸洗使玻璃表面OH基团的浓度减少,玻璃的荧光强度提高。Acid etching experiment was carried out for phosphate laser glass with different content of Li2O. The effect of acid etching on properties of laser glass without ion - exchange was investigated. The weight loss rate of glass etched in different concentration of H2 SO4 solution and the effect of acid etching on glass surface morphology were examined. The impurities and scratch marks could be elimi- nated after short time of acid etching. In addition, a short time of acid etching could reduce some mi- crocracks on glass surface. Acid etching can also enhance glass fracture temperature and hardness. However, the modification of fracture temperature was limited. The glass absorption spectrum showed that acid etching exhibited no obvious effect on the pattern and peak value of absorption spectrum. Short time of acid etching improved the intensity of glass fluorescence spectrum.
