摘　　要：提出了从用户需求出发,考虑货运环节的流程处理能力进行货运产品开发的系统化方法,并以国货航中欧货运通道作为研究对象进行产品开发。通过分析国货航航班计划、机型安排等影响流程能力的因素,评估了中欧货运通道的容量和速度属性,建立了含属性的中欧货运网络模型,并考虑合作货运代理服务商的流程能力,开发了货运产品。该产品开发的系统化方法可以作为航空货运公司进行产品开发和流程优化的工具。In this paper, we proposed the systematic method of freighting product development that considered user demand and theprocessing capacity of the freight operation and then applied it to the China-Europe Freight Corridor of the Air China Cargo （ACC） as the study object. Then through analyzing the freight airliner schedule of Air China and the factors influencing the capabilities of the freighting processes, we evaluated the capacity and velocity attribute of the China-Europe freight corridor, established the attribute-weighted freight network model and after considering the process capabilities of the freight service agents, developed the corresponding freight products.
