摘　　要：在分析以物流园区为核心的物流发展趋势及其功能的基础上,结合实证分析,对城市物流园区发展规划展开战略研究。从功能设计、投资经营模式、主体培育发展、建立物流信息平台等方面展开分析,对毕节市七星关区物流园区的建设进行战略探析。In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the logistics development trend and function of logistics parks and in connection with an empirical analysis, we studied the strategic planning of the development of urban logistics parks, and then on the aspects of functional design, mode of investment and operation, agent development and cultivation, and establishment of logistics information platform, etc., discussed the strategy for the construction of the Qixinggnan District logistics park in Bijie.
