摘　　要：分析了物流金融新模式出现的具体原因,在此基础上,阐述了托收和预付贷款模式、仓单质押贷款模式、统一授信贷款模式等物流金融新模式的含义,并对这些模式进行了利弊分析,最后提出了弊端改善与防范的策略。In this paper, we analyzed the specific causes for the appearance of the new business mode of logistics finance, on the basis of which we introduced the connotation of the collection and payment in advance mode, warehouse receipt pledge mode, and unified credit extension mode, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the modes and at the end proposed the strategy to prevent and remedy the disadvantages.
