摘　　要：指出物流企业财务风险主要包括筹资风险、投资风险、现金流量风险、利润风险和汇率风险等,并从建立风险管理组织系统、注重风险管理人才培养、建立风险测量和预警体系、加强内部财务控制几方面提出了物流企业控制财务风险的对策。In this paper, we pointed out that the financial risks of logistics enterprises mainly included fundraising risk, investment risk, cash flow risk, and profit risk, etc., and then on the aspects of establishing a risk management organization system, stressing the cultivation of risk management talents, building risk measurement and forewarning system, and strengthening internal financial control, proposed the countermeasures for the logistics enterprises to control the financial risks.
