摘　　要：通过研究我国公共物流的特征、运作流程及车辆选择,提出了一个两级公共物流结点系统的构建设想,并分别研究了两级结点的具体功能,最后分析了该体系的实际意义。In this paper, through studying the characteristics, process and vehicle selection of public logistics in China, we proposed the notion to construction a two-echelon public logistics node system, studied the specific functions of the two echelons, and at the end analyzed the actual significance of the system.
