摘　　要：介绍了美国、日本等发达国家物流管理模式及其成功的原因,详细分析了我国物流企业管理的现状及存在的问题与产生原因,最后结合现状提出了几点发展建议,旨在使我国物流管理更加现代化。In this paper, we introduced the Successful logistics management modes of developed countries such as America and Japan, analyzed in detail the current status of the management of the logistics enterprises in China as well as the existing problems and the causes, and at the end proposed several suggestions in light of the situation.
