摘　　要：根据大型土木工程的一般物流运作特点,对大型土木工程的物资采购、仓储管理与配送进行了分析研究,提出了细化物资采购管理控制、提升仓储作业水平、优化物资配送体系等优化措施。In this paper, in accordance with the general characteristics of the logistics operation of large-scale civil engineering projects, we analyzed the material purchasing, warehousing management and distribution of large-scale civil engineering projects and then proposed the optimizing measures to segment the material purchasing management mechanism, improve warehousing operation level, and enhance the material distribution system.
