摘　　要：为了解决空箱调运的问题，主要研究了在超订情况下海运装备箱的最优化。在无空箱调运的情况下如何实现最优超订目标的确实，在有空箱调运的情况下如何实现最优超订目标的确定，在收益管理下运用相应的管理模型，不仅适合海运管理，而且适合铁路、航空、公路等其他服务行业。In this paper, in order to reduce the imbalance between the forward and the return container transportation, we mainly studied the overbooking of containers in maritime transportation. First we determined the optimal overbooking targets far situations where the imbalance of transportation was not considered and then arrived at the optimal overbooking amount in the event of imbalaneed transportation. With regard to earnings managemer!t, we applied the corresponding management mode which was both suitable for the management of maritime transportation, but also for railway, airway and highway transportation.
