摘　　要：一个区域物流能力的高低对该区域经济的发展影响极大。首先概述了城市物流能力研究状况,然后对区域内城市物流能力发展现状进行分析,在此基础上,从7个方面构建了24个具体指标来测度区域内各城市的物流能力,最后,利用主成分分析法,以河南省2011年相关统计数据为例,对城市物流能力测度进行了实证研究,进一步验证了测度方法的可靠性和有效性,这种分析方法及思路可以为其他经济区域测度城市物流能力提供参考。In this paper, we first summarized the situation of the studies on urban logistics capacity and then analyzed the current status of the development of the logistics capacity of the cities within a certain region, on the basis of which, we developed 24 specific index on 7 aspects to measure the logistics capacity of the cities. At the end, using PCA and in the case of the relevant statistical data of Henan for the year 2011, we conducted an empirical study on the measurement of the urban logistics capacity and further validated the reliability and effectiveness of the method.
