摘　　要：运用模糊综合评价方法构建了物流企业人力资本运作评估指标体系。首先阐述了物流企业人力资本的内涵,然后介绍了模糊综合评价方法的研究步骤。在理论梳理的基础上,建立了物流企业人力资本运作评估模型,进而求解了物流企业人力资本投入—产出综合评分,为物流企业开展人力资本运作提供了良好的理论支撑。In this paper, we first introduced the connotation of the human capital of logistics enterprises as well as the procedure of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, then on such basis, established the evaluation model of the human capital operation of logistics enterprises, and then obtained the comprehensive score of human capital input-output of the enterprises.
