摘　　要：从第三方物流角度出发研究如何提高物流服务水平。首先分析了电子商务第三方物流的概念及基本流程,并给出电子商务第三方物流的关键因素集。然后利用系统动力学方法,对第三方物流进行系统动力学建模,并选择淘宝网历史数据对模型进行仿真及优化研究,提出了提高物流服务水平的方案。In this paper, we studied how to improve the level of logistics services from the perspective of third-party logistics. First, we introduced the concept of e-commerce third-party logistics and its basic processes as well as the set of key factors influencing it. Then we formulated the system dynamics model of third-party logistics, simulated the model using historical Taobao data, and finally proposed the measures to improve the level of logistics services.
