摘　　要：基于系统动力学视野,构建了中小企业物流外包决策模型,并以某物流公司为例对其运行结果进行数据分析和仿真分析,得出相关物流外包决策信息,最后提出了相关建议。In this paper, from a system dynamic perspective, we established the logistics outsourcing decision-making model for small-and-medium-sized enterprises, then in the empirical case of a eertain logistics enterprise, had the model applied and then analyzed the results obtained, and finally on the basis of the decision-making information derived, proposed the corresponding suggestions.
