摘　　要：考虑到现有配送运输方案的缺陷,结合集成框架体系的技术优势提出了一个基于网络服务的电子物流集成框架,该框架结合了应用层、调试层和动态数据绑定机制,使企业物流服务模式发生了新的转变。对集成框架提供的三个基本网络服务内容进行了描述,并以BTOB模式下采购单管理流程中的配送服务的实现过程为例,阐述了电子物流集成平台的构建及功能。In this paper, we proposed an integrated E-logistics framework based on Internet service, which, having incorporated the app layer, debugging layer, and dynamic data binding mechanism, could transform the logistics service mode of the enterprises. Then we described the three basic contents of the Internet services provided under the framework and, in an empirical case, demonstrated the establishment and functions of the integrated e-logistics platform.
