DSG—A型双级注水泥器的开发应用

摘　　要：为提高现有双级注水泥器打开和关闭的成功率 ,研制了DSG—A型系列双级注水泥器。这种注水泥器采用过流槽结构 ,在循环孔打开后 ,重力塞座上过流槽打开 ,因此关闭塞实现关闭动作时 ,在双级注水泥器内不存在液体压缩 ,由此保证关闭套的顺利下行 ,实现双级注水泥器的成功关闭。关闭套采用内关闭式结构 ,密封能力强 ,能可靠地打开或关闭循环孔。关闭套上部的外壁和外套上部的内壁加工有方向相对的锯齿状倒齿 ,用来锁紧关闭套 ,从而实现永久关闭。DSG—A型双级注水泥器至今在青海、胜利等油田应用 3 0 0余套 ,套管最大下深 3 967m ,注水泥器最大下深 2 4 90m ,最浅为 10 0 2m ,均获得成功 ,证明可用于深井、超深井、高压油气井和易漏失地层的固井作业。To raise the success rate of opening and closing the two-stage cementing t ool, Model DSG—A cementing tool is developed. The main body of the tool is comp rised of upper and lower subs, upper and lower sliding sleeves, outer barrel, sh ear pin, closing sleeve and limit stop. The working principle and performance ch aracteristics of the new tool are introduced. More than 300 new cementing tools were used successfully in Qinghai Oilfield and Shengli Oilfield, with a maximum setting depth of 2490m and minimum setting depth of 1002m.
