Y211—76型小直径封隔器的研制与应用

摘　　要：针对萨中油田 10 1 6mm套管井采油工艺技术的需要 ,研制了Y2 11— 76型小直径封隔器。这是一种单向卡瓦支撑、重力坐封、上提管柱解封的压缩式封隔器 ,总长 787mm ,最大外径76mm ,最小通径 2 8mm ,设有防转动导向滑道 ,密封胶筒为压缩式三组合胶筒。该型封隔器与小直径锚定器配套使用 ,在锚定器定位支撑管柱后 ,依靠重力实现坐封。 3井次的现场试验表明 ,Y2 11— 76型小直径封隔器不仅适用于侧钻井 ,更适用于直井 ,在用于喷射泵采油和找漏施工中 ,坐封合格率 10 0 % ,现场施工成功率 10 0 %。Model Y211—76 small-size packer is developed for satisfying the oil recove ry technology of 101.6mm cased wells in Daqing Oil Field. It is a compressible packer with single slip support, and it is setted by the gravity itself and rel eased by lifting the string. The packer has a total length of 787mm, a maximum O D of 76mm and minimum drift diameter of 28mm, and is provided with a guiding sli de for preventing rotation and a triple compressible sealing rubber. In combinat ion with the small anchor, the packer can be used for sidetracked wells and stra ight wells. Field use proves the success rate of packer setting reaches 100%.
