摘　　要：目的总结前交通动脉瘤显微夹闭术中动脉瘤破裂的处理。方法回顾分析2008年6月～2012年6月本科显微夹闭前交通动脉瘤术中发生破裂的6例患者资料。结果 6例术中破裂的前交通动脉瘤均顺利夹闭。恢复良好4例,重度残疾1例,死亡1例。结论前交通动脉瘤出血关键在于对载瘤动脉的控制,充分脑池开放和载瘤动脉的临时阻断可以有效处理术中破裂的动脉瘤。Objective To summarize the management of intraoperative rupture of anterior communicating aneurysms during microsurgical clip occlusion.Methods A retrospective analysis was made in the clinical data of 6 patients with intraoperative rupture of anterior communicating aneurysms during microsurgical clipping from June 2008 to June 2012.Results The ruptured aneurysms in 6 cases were successfully clipped.Four cases got good recovery.One case suffered from severe disability,and one died.Conclusion The key to the treatment of anterior communicating aneurysmal rupture is the control of its parent artery.Complete opening of cistern and temporary artery occlusion can effectively manage the ruptured aneurysms.
