摘　　要：运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对竞技体育赛事中贿赂行为的内涵、分类、特点和危害进行探讨。按照贿赂行为的性质、主体和按照贿赂行为的实施手段归类竞技体育赛事贿赂行为的种种表现形式,依次明确法律责任,进而在增强司法执法的敏感性、加强体育竞赛管理等方面提出了相应的防范对策。Adopting literature study and logic analysis, this article discusses in detail the connotation, classification, characteristics and harm of bribery in competitive sports events, and put forward corresponding preventive countermeasures such as enhancing the sensitivity of the judicial enforcement of the law and strengthening the sports competition management etc.
