世界乒坛格局长期失衡状态下竞赛规则改革的方向

摘　　要：世界乒坛格局长期失衡,国际乒联应从可持续发展的长远利益考虑,以击球工具改革为突破口,限制木板、海绵的弹性和反胶皮的粘性;拉高球网;增加球台宽度;男、女团体赛改为3单2双等。上述规则改革将会降低击球的力量、速度和旋转强度,增高向上击球的弧线,提高运动员对抗的板数,提升体能地位,使比赛更具激烈性、趣味性和观赏性。它对于尽快改变世界乒坛长期一边倒的格局,推动乒乓球运动在全球发展将起到重要作用。The world table tennis pattern has been long been imbalanced. Therefore, the International Table Tennis Federation should require that reform must be done with regard to the bat with limitation on the use of board, sponge and inward rubber. The height of the net and the width of the table should be increased. The male and female team matches should be three single games plus two double games. In this way, the hitting force, velocity and spin will be reduced while the arc of hitting upward will be increased so that the shots will be more. Finally, it requires the players to be stronger and the matches to be more fierce and entertaining. It can change the world table tennis pattern and promote the development of international table tennis.
