摘　　要：利用成焦板试验机、四球试验机、摩擦试验机等模拟方法及二冲程发动机试验 ,考察了聚异丁烯相对分子质量与加入量、矿物油加入量、稀释溶剂用量及添加剂配伍与二冲程汽油机油润滑性、清净性、排烟性之间的关系 ,成功地研制了符合ISO 13738- 2 0 0 0EGD级二冲程汽油机油规格标准要求 ,并且具有良好的润滑性。The effects of the addition amounts of polyisobutylene, mineral oil and dilution solvent, the molecular weight of polyisobutylene, and the compatibility with the additives on the lubricity, detergency and smoke formation of the gasoline engine oil were investigated using simulative methods of coking plate, four ball, and friction testers, as well as the two cycle engine test. EGD gasoline engine oil with good lubricity and detergency, and low smoke pollution was formulated, which met the temporary specification of ISO 13738-2000 EGD.
