摘  要:依托国内外先进的地下污水处理厂建设理论基础和实践经验,对山地城市重庆地下污水处理厂建设模式进行探讨。重庆市主城地质条件好,在经济技术可行的条件下,可合理开发利用地下空间,适当选择地下或地上地下相结合的污水处理厂建设模式。在建设中,应采用合理工艺,满足污水和气体排放要求;充分利用地下空间,集约紧凑布局;地下与地上建设相结合,减小施工难度和运行动力消耗;结合城市地形地貌,丰富山地城市景观特色;污水处理厂与再生水厂适当合建,促进水资源循环利用,有效提升山地城市经济、社会、环境效益。Based on relevant theory and implementation experience of the construction of underground sewage treatment plant at home and abroad, construction modes of underground sewage treatment plant in Chongqing, a mountainous city, are discussed. The geological condition in the main urban districts of Chongqing is quite good, so underground space can be reasonably developed and used and the properly combined construction mode of overground and underground sewage treatment plant can be adopted within the existing technology capability. Under construction, reasonable technology should be applied to meet the requirements of sewage and gaseous emission. Underground space should be fully exploited to compact the layout, over- ground construction and underground construction should be combined to reduce construction difficulty and power consumption. Urban landscape should be taken into consideration to enrich city landscape. Sewage treatment plant and recycled water plant should be properly jointly built to foster the recycle of water resources and effectively promote the economic, social and environmental benefit of mountainous city.
