外来女工的精神健康与抗逆力——基于上海226名外来女工的实证研究

摘　　要：本文重点考察了上海市226名外来女工的抗逆力和精神健康问题,对她们的精神健康、抗逆力以及压力状况进行了描述。基于年龄、月收入水平、日均工作时间等层面对外来女工的压力、抗逆力与精神健康程度进行了单因素方差分析,本文进一步通过有关外来女工的精神健康的多元回归预估模型发现外来女工的压力,尤其是经济/就业等相关困境、文化差异、人际紧张与冲突三方面的压力,以及她们的文化水平、收入水平、日均工作时间是影响精神健康的风险因素,个人能力方面的抗逆力则是影响精神健康的保护性因素。The paper describes the situation of woman migrant labor＇ stress, resilience and mental health on the basis of 226 Survey data and analysis the relationship between stress, resilience and mental health. The author finds out that woman migrant labor＇ stress, especially, economic dilemma, culture difference and interpersonal conflict, resilience and education background, income level and average work time are the influential factors for the mental health on basis of multiple regression model.
