积雪苷治疗下肢难愈性皮肤溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨积雪苷治疗下肢难愈性皮肤溃疡的疗效及安全性。方法 92例下肢难愈性皮肤溃疡患者随机分为积雪苷外用组(n=30)、积雪苷外用加口服联合治疗组(n=31)和外用康复新液对照组(n=31)。外用组:积雪苷霜涂抹于患处,一日3次;联合治疗组:外用积雪苷霜联合口服积雪苷片,外用方法同外用组,口服给药为一日3次,每次2片;对照组:外用康复新液外敷于患处,一日1次。总疗程均为6周。观察比较3组溃疡面评分情况、愈显率以及不良反应。结果联合治疗组疮面渗出和疮面大小以及疼痛评分较对照组和外用组改善显著(P<0.05)。外用组、联合治疗组及对照组的愈显率分别为60.00%、80.64%和58.07%。各组均未见明显不良反应。结论积雪苷霜联合积雪苷片治疗下肢难愈性皮肤溃疡安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of centella triterpenes for chronic refractory skin ulcer. Methods Ninety-two cases of chronic refractory skin ulcer were randomly divided into topical-use treatment group （n=30）, combined-use treatment group （n=31） and control group （n=31）. Patients in topical-use group were administered with centella triterpenes cream three times per day, while patients in combined-use treatment group were combined centella triterpenes cream with tablet. Patients in control group were administered with Kangfuxin liquid once a day. The rate of effectiveness by symptom scores, subjective efficacy and adverse reactions were observed in three groups. Results Compared with the topical-use, control groups, the scores of the surface exudation, size and pain were all improved obviously in combined-use group （P〈0.05）. The rates of effectiveness in three groups were 60.00%, 80.64% and 58.07% respectively. No adverse reaction in groups was observed. Conclusion Combined centella triterpenes cream with tablet is effective and safe for chronic refractory skin ulcer.
