摘　　要：任何一种文化要在历史长河中得到传承和发展,就要不断吸收和借鉴其他民族的优秀文化,在相互交流中才能适时得到更新。在全球化时代的今天,面对西方的强势文化,我们更应有鉴别地吸收和融合外来文化。坚持弘扬和培育中华民族精神,不断增强全民族的精神力量,不断丰富全民族的精神世界,使之成为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的巨大精神动力。Any kind of cultural want to heritage and development in the history, it should be constantly absorbing and learning from other nationalities＇excellent culture, can be updated and developed in times during coummunication. Today, in the era of globalization, in the face of Western powerful culture, we should have the differential absorption and integration of foreign culture. Insist on carrying forward and cultivating Chinese national spirit, constantly enhancing the mental strength of the whole nation, constantly enriching the spiritual world of the nation, make it to a great spiritual power in opening up and socialist modernization.
