摘  要:【目的】:探讨沙参麦冬汤对混合烟雾所致慢性支气管炎模型大鼠肺脏组织的抗氧化能力及对肺脏组织结构的影响。【方法】:60只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、慢支模型组和沙参麦冬汤组。采用混合烟雾吸入法复制慢性支气管炎模型大鼠,烟熏期40d。正常对照组与慢支模型组灌胃生理盐水10mL/kg.d,沙参麦冬汤组灌服沙参麦冬汤10mL/kg.d(2g生药/mL),灌胃期30d。灌胃第30d,剖杀大鼠,测定右肺组织匀浆的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢(CAT)的活力和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。左肺组织进行病理切片光镜观察。【结果】:沙参麦冬汤显著提高烟熏大鼠肺脏组织SOD活性和GSH-Px活性,对肺脏组织CAT活性无显著影响,可降低肺脏组织中MDA含量。正常对照组无明显病理形态学改变,慢支模型组肺泡腔不规则扩大,肺泡间隔破裂,融合成大泡,炎性细胞浸润,沙参麦冬汤组肺泡壁增厚,肺间质炎症细胞浸润。【结论】:沙参麦冬汤可以提高烟熏大鼠肺脏的抗氧化功能,减少氧化应激损伤。沙参麦冬汤能改善烟熏大鼠肺脏组织结构的损伤程度,但对肺组织和支气管的抗炎作用不明显。Objective: To study the effect of Decoction of Glehnia and Ophiopogon on antioxidant function and structure in chronic bronchitis rats lung by smoke. Methods: 60 SD rats were randomized into normal control group, chronic bronchitis modeled group and Decoction of Glehnia and Ophiopogon group. The chronic bronchi-tis models were duplicated by passive inhalation of smoke mixture, smoked for 40 days. The normal control group and chronic bronchitis model group orally given 10 ml/Kg ~ d physiological saline, Decoction of Glehnia and Ophiopogon group given 10 ml/Kg ~ d (with 2 g raw medicine per millilitre). The drugs were administrated to rat for 30 days. On 30th , the lung tissue was isolated, SOD, GSH - Px, CAT and MDA in right lung tissue ho-mogenate were assayed. The left lung tissues were examined under microscope. Results: Decoction of glehnia and ophiopogon could significantly improve the lung SOD, GSH - Px activity, activity of CAT have no significant effect, significantly reducing lung the content of MDA. The normal control group had no change, hronic bronchi- tis modeled group the cavity of alveolus expanded unregularly, in the alveolus interval broke and some alveolus was mixed together, the inflammatory infiltration increased. Decoction of Glehnia and Ophiopogon group were ob-served to have infiltrating inflammatory granulocytes, diffused alveolar septum thickening. Goncluslon: 19ecoctlon of Glehnia and Ophiopogon can improve smoked rats lung antioxidant function, less oxidatie stress damage. De-coction of Glehnia and Ophiopogon can obviously alleviate the pathomorphological changes and promote the ultra- structural reparation of the lung in rats with chronic bronchitis. The anti - inflammatory effect of Decoction of Glehnia and Ophiopogon in rats with chronic bronchitis no significantly.
