基于关键路径法的软件项目管理中的挣值分析

摘　　要：项目的管理主要控制的就是项目的进度、质量以及最后的成本。在项目管理中有一种非常实用的方法可以用于计算分析项目的进度时间与最后成本之间的关系,并且还可以提前预测项目的成本和进度时间,这个方法就是"挣值分析法"。以下建立了基于关键路径的挣值分析方法,描述了一个基于这种方法的模型。Project management is main control project schedule,quality,and the final cost.In project management has a very practical method can be used for computing analysis of project progress finally the relationship between the cost and time,and it also can predict in advance the project cost and schedule time,this method is the 'earned value analysis'.Based on the critical path of earned value analysis method,describes a model based on this method.
