摘　　要：通过查阅大量文献,结果显示雪旺细胞在周围神经损伤后的变性和再生中有着非常重要的作用,并正成为周围神经损伤修复领域中的研究热点。周围神经损伤后,雪旺细胞增殖速度的提高可大大改善神经桥接体移植的存活率,为临床神经移植术的成功赢得宝贵时间。以下从雪旺细胞的增殖和影响因素入手,为临床应用提供理论依据。Through consulting a large number of literature,the results showed schwann cell after peripheral nerve injury has a very important role in the degeneration and regeneration of,and is becoming a research hotspot in the field of peripheral nerve injury repair.After peripheral nerve injury and schwann cell proliferation rate of increase can significantly improve the nerve bridging the transplant survival rate,to the success of clinical nerve transplantation to win precious time.This article from schwann cells proliferation and influencing factors of as to provide theoretical basis for clinical application.
