高岭土与废碱合成洗涤用4A沸石的研究

摘　　要：本文简要介绍了用高岭土和铝厂废碱合成洗涤用４Ａ沸石的结果，其中碱烧活化高岭土合成４Ａ沸石的钙交换容量大于３００ｍｇ／ｇ干沸石。Results of synthesis for fine 4A Zeolite from Kaolinite and exhausted lye are reported in this article. More than 300mg/g(dry base)calcium(CaCO3) exchange - ability of the final products was achieved. The effect of alkalinity and other factors on quality of the products was discussed.
