静脉中药制剂结合西药常规治疗114例重症手足口病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨重症手足口病的中医证候特点,总结中西医结合治疗经验。方法:分析114例重症手足口病患儿中西医临床特征、中西医结合治疗疗效及转归。结果:重症手足口病多发生于3岁以下儿童,多以热势缠绵,精神倦怠、纳差等湿热郁滞中焦和惊跳、肢体抖动等动风为主要临床表现。114例重症手足口病均采用中西医结合治疗,仅一例留有肢体运动障碍,其余痊愈,疗效满意。结论:重症手足口病病邪以风温夹湿为主,病位可涉及多脏器,以心、肝、脾为主,应早发现、早治疗,应用中西医结合治疗,能提高治愈率,阻断疾病的发展。Objective:To analyze the TCM syndromes of severe Hand-Foot-Mouth disease andsummarize treatment experienceIntegrated Chinese and Western Medicine.Methods:To retrospective analyzeclinical manifestation of 114 cases of severe Hand-Foot-Mouthdisease,to analyze curative effect and characteristics,curative effect Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine and prognosis of 114 severe Hand-Foot-Mouth disease patients.Results:The majority severe Hand-Foot-Mouth disease were mostly occurred in three years old children,the main TCM syndromes weredampness-heat in middle jiao include fever lingeringunhealed,lassitude of spirit,torpidintake,ect.and syndrome of heat toxin engendering wind include muscular twitching and cramp,physicaljitter,ect.Conclusion:The diseases pathogenic factor of severe Hand-Foot-Mouth diseaseis complicated with Wet air temperature clip,the location of disease may involve multiple organs,spleen,heat,liver-based,early detection and treatment should be applied,application of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine treatment can enhance the rate,blocking the progress of the disease.
