盐酸小檗碱对多因素联合诱导人脐静脉血管内皮细胞损伤的调控作用

摘　　要：目的:观察盐酸小檗碱对葡萄糖、胰岛素、氧化低密度脂蛋白联合诱导下人脐静脉血管内皮细胞损伤的调控作用。方法:体外人脐静脉内皮细胞株的培养及传代,通过设立正常组、模型组、对照组和治疗1～5组来进行实验,对各组进行细胞活性的测定(CCK-8)和增殖率的测定。结果:盐酸小檗碱治疗各组及卡托普利组对内皮细胞活性产生更有利的作用,与模型组比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01),其中盐酸小檗碱(100、75、50、25ug.ml-1)组与卡托普利组相比更具优势(P<0.01)。结论:在抑制Glu、Ins、ox-LDL联合诱导下对HUVEC功能损伤的影响作用方面,盐酸小檗碱的效果较为明显。Objective:To observe the regulation effect of berberine hydrochloride on glucose,insulin,oxidized low density lipoprotein induced by umbilical vein endothelial cell injury in human.Methods:Cultured and passaged in vitro in human umbilical vein endothelial cell line,through the establishment of the normal group,model group,the control group and the treatment of the 1～5 group experiments,cell activity was measured in each group(CCK-8) and cell viability was examined.Results:Treatment groups and Captopril group can significantly improve the activity of endothelial cells and show a certain degree of dose-dependent.The dose treatment group and model group were statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Ber had the determinate protective function to the HUVEC Injured by Glucose,Insulin,and oxidized low-Denslty Lipoprotein.
