摘　　要：介绍了以氨基磺酸为固体催化剂，由乙酸、正丁醇为原料催化合成乙酸正丁酯的方法，根据正交试验结果确定了工艺指标，选定的优化条件为：催化剂用量为乙酸用量的５％，反应时间２ｈ，酸醇摩尔比１：１．４，反应温度为回流温度。在最佳反应条件下，乙酸正丁酯的转化率达９８．８８％。Synthesizing method of n - bytyl acetate from acetic acid and n - butyl alcohol catalyzed by aminosulfon- ic acid is introduced. The process index is detemined by the test result according to optimum seeking method of cross de- sign, the optimum conditions are selected as following: the weight of catalyst was 5% of the weight of acetic acid, the mo- lar ratio of acid with alohol was 1: 1 .4.and tne reaction the was 2h.the esteification rate is 98.88% under this condi- tion.
