摘　　要：目的了解芜湖市女性性工作者(FSW)艾滋病相关知识知晓率、性行为学特征,为开展有效干预提供依据。方法采用分层便利抽样方法对FSW进行匿名问卷调查。结果共对421名FSW进行了调查,艾滋病相关知识知晓率为93.6%,不同档次场所FSW艾滋病知识知晓率无差异。最近1个月与客人发生关系时每次使用安全套的率不同(P<0.05),最近一次与客人发生关系时每次使用安全套的率无差异;经Logistic回归分析发现,场所档次(OR=1.866,P=0.045)、年龄(OR=2.379,P=0.003)和知晓率(OR=4.181,P=0.001)越高,每次使用安全套的率越高。结论芜湖市FSW人群艾滋病知识知晓率普遍较高,要提高该类人群的自我保护意识。Objective To acquire the general AIDS-related knowledge and the features of sexual behaviors among female sex workers（FSW） in Wuhu and to provide scientific evidence for effective interventions.Methods FSW were sampled by convenient sampling method and data were collected by anonymous questionnaire.Results 421 FSW were investigated,with the rate of AIDS-related knowledge accounting for 93.6%.There was no significant difference about the rate of AIDS-related knowledge among FSW in different spots.The condom every using rate among FSW had a significant difference（P 0.05） in last month,but the condom using rate was not of significant difference last time.By logistic regression analysis,the higher the risk of spot（OR = 1.866,P = 0.045）,the age（OR = 2.379,P = 0.003） and the rate of AIDS-related knowledge（OR = 4.181,P = 0.001）,the higher the condom every using rate.Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among FSW is generally high,and it is important to improve the sense of self protection among them.
